We are seeking to fill the following roles:
Software Engineer Trainee
We are looking for candidates who will soon complete a B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field to fill the position of Software Engineer Trainee. Software Engineer Trainees develop and modify computer application software, create software solutions to meet user needs, customize software for clients to optimize operational efficiency, monitor, identify and correct software defects, and conduct a variety of other tasks on cutting-edge computer systems.
You will begin your employment with a fully-paid Initial Learning Program conducted at our Chrysalis Training Center in North America and have the option of participating in on-the-job training at one of our state-of-the-art solution centers in India for up to three months. On completion of the Initial Learning Program, you will join your onsite teams to work on pre-selected assignments with clients who offer a variety of medium or large-sized projects.
Software Engineer Intern
We are looking for students working on a B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field to fill internship positions in Software Engineering. Software Engineer Interns are trained in system design, tool building, application development, and quality processes while working on high-end, high-quality, internal and customer-facing projects.
During the Initial Learning Program, we will introduce you to business paradigms and evolving technologies in our state-of-the-art Chrysalis Training Center in North America, while simultaneously offering practical training and mentoring by highly-skilled technology professionals. Upon completion of the Initial Learning Program, you will be placed internally (for juniors) or on-site (for seniors, M.S., and Ph.D. students) to begin your internship projects. While on these assignments, you will also undergo additional intensive learning, development, and training throughout the duration of the project.
