• Dow wanted to design a next-generation marine supply chain to cater to Dow and its joint venture requirements until 2026. The Dow supply chain expertise group, with TCS as consulting partner, used innovative measures to design next-generation supply chains like mathematical models, which successfully contributed to the potential savings of millions of dollars. The result was a next-generation supply chain design that will maintain Dow’s high standards of security and sustainability, delivering real, measurable and sustainable savings, adding directly to Dow’s bottom-line. 
  
• Avery Dennison and TCS have collaborated on a variety of projects, from BPO and business transformation to customer development. We began working with Avery Dennison in 2003, begining with a commercial software development project. We helped a large paints and coating manufacturer solve this puzzle. The solution customized to the client’s needs could reduce up to 30% of inventory level, freeing warehouse space up to 25%, while improving lead-time performance.
