Speaking at a panel discussion on Information Technology and Telecom at the event, S Mahalingam addressed the question of how real were the green shoots of economic recovery. While pointing to the stabilization of the banking and financial services sector as an encouraging sign, he cautioned that it was too early to speak of a business-as-usual demand recovery in the IT services space.
