“To enable building the required focus on enterprise quality, TCS has created a comprehensive maturity model approach to enterprise quality, offering capabilities to manufacturers to understand and evaluate the various levels of process maturity within the quality function across the full enterprise. The approach offers a ‘scalable evaluation framework’ that subdivides enterprise quality into four areas — design, supply, factory floor, and service — and then provides clear assessment reporting on overall maturity, gap analysis, and a detailed road map with prioritization of defined opportunity areas.”
