- Strategic Sourcing Assessment and Implementation: We conduct an assessment of current sourcing and procurement capabilities along with an analysis of spend. This assessment is followed by the implementation of various sourcing strategies to reap the potential savings and benefits.
- Zero-based “Should Costing”: This includes a detailed analysis of the cost elements of a component/assembly/product to arrive at a fair estimate of what it “should” cost. We facilitate supplier discussions to convince them of the computed should-cost, resulting in savings for you.

- Prototype development: Our end-to-end service “Art to Part” begins with product design and engineering and ends with supporting volume production. It includes prototype development as an intermediate service to prove the design.
