TCS' Innovation Forum is an annual innovation summit for select TCS clients, promising startups, venture capital firms, and academics from leading universities, analysts and industry experts, and senior leaders from TCS. The theme this year was 'Innovation leadership in a hyper-connected world ' and drew particpation from 206 delegates including customers, partners and analysts.
The Forum began with an address by Surya Kant, TCS President, North America, UK and Europe. The key note was delivered by CTO K Ananth Krishnan on 'Innovation Leadership in a Hyper-Connected World'. The event featured technology talks by eminent speakers such as by Prof. Kevin Warwick, Chartered Engineer and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) at Coventry University, United Kingdom, Prof. Andrew McAfee, Principal Research Scientist at MIT, Co-director of the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, and Associate Director of the Center for Digital Business, MIT Sloan School of Management and others . It also included pitch sessions, technology showcase galleries, panel discussions where CIOs of industry participated.
The event provided an opportunity for networking and exchange of ideas amongst the diverse set of participants.
