Allianz Life engages TCS to transform its License, Contract and Appointment Process

 

In the highly competitive insurance industry, insurers must focus on enhanced product innovation and service offerings in order to differentiate themselves and retain their competitive advantage. Hence, Allianz Life decided on a strategic initiative to transform its License, Contract and Appointment (LCA) processes and selected TCS to take on a major role in this project.

TCS’ SOLUTION: MIGRATION TO A NEW AGENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We, at TCS, re-engineered the company’s LCA processes and migrated its data from the source legacy systems to a new agent management system. This helped Allianz Life introduce new and more creative products faster into the market through the expansion of distribution channels, while providing better facilities to its producers and policyholders with the help of the Internet and other communication channels.

RECOGNITION: This project was awarded the Global Model Insurer Award 2011 by Celent, a global research and advisory firm, at an award ceremony in New York on February 10, 2011.
