Eaton Corporation, a diversified power management company implemented the QAD (MFG/PRO) ERP application. In order to increase current capabilities and leverage existing resources, Eaton selected TCS for its ERP application support along with engaging TCS in the development activities of its MFG/PRO ERP application.
TCS’ vast experience in managing QAD ERP application, a dedicated QAD Center of Excellence (CoE) and the broad scope of the services it offered gave Eaton the confidence to engage TCS in the application management activities in conjunction with the Eaton’s internal team. This also made available management bandwidth, thus allowing Eaton to focus on its core business.
