HP Inc’s webOS Global Business Unit (GBU) is a smartphone manufacturer who wished to equip its customer-facing employees with its Pre 2 smartphones, as part of its corporate branding strategy. It approached TCS to develop an internal ordering system to manage the order and shipping processes effectively.
