United Utilities, a FTSE-100 company with an annual turnover of over £2 billion,  has awarded its AX4 Systems Integration framework agreement to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). TCS has been working with United Utilities since July 2002 on AMP3 which was the precursor to AX4. The framework involves working on the majority of United Utilities’ 600 water and waste water treatment works under tight deadlines and monitored against stiff regulatory requirements.
