Based on the Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE), TCS created a test excellence team to set standards and best practices for assurance and testing; conceptualizing and refining test strategies; and undertaking execution. TCS assured the quality of Cricket Wireless’ internally developed portal framework for multiple-level workflow management and leveraged its Global Network Delivery Model™ (GNDM™) to provide high-quality resources at a low cost.
