TCS’ testing team, in close coordination with AGL, implemented an independent assurance model for AGL and established a dedicated team responsible for the overall quality certification of all the changes rolled out into production.
Eventually, we also created a shared services function across AGL’s business units, to address the testing needs of its various units and covering both SAP and non- SAP applications.
AGL now has uniform, standardized testing processes across projects, providing enhanced customer satisfaction due to the predictable quality of services. This allows AGL’s staff to focus on core, strategic company initiatives.
