TCS’ client is a leading provider of integrated global services for the creation, management and distribution of media content. The company had developed a content management system and needed a partner who could provide Quality Assurance (QA).

We established a shared QA consultant pool responsible for planning and executing the test cases for the different set of applications. This provided the company with a well-defined QA process in a cost-effective manner and ensured better control over the entire release and deployment process.
