United Biscuits’ existing data warehouse application, SAP Business Warehouse, had limited implementation (mainly COPA) and there were very few users utilizing the abundant information. The data warehouse reports did not reach a large user base.
United Biscuits turned to TCS to own the application and expand its implementation across multiple business verticals and increase the application’s reach to a wider user community.
