Two years ago, Electronic Arts (EA), a leading global interactive entertainment software company, picked TCS to help with Infrastructure Management Services (IMS). As a result of some unforeseen circumstances earlier in the year, EA decided to transition their Application Management Services (AMS) over to TCS as well because of their confidence that TCS would deliver quality. This transition occurred when EA was going through its year-end close. TCS completed a successful transition, keeping the application services up and running throughout the entire year-end close process.
