Malaysia Airlines, Malaysia’s national carrier, founded in 1947, changed its name to Malaysia Airlines Systems (MAS) in 1972. They fly approximately 18 million guests a year to over 100 destinations.
TCS helped MAS with two major components:
- Infrastructure management, mainly their datacenter, network and IT Security
- Enterprise service management, which will be more aligned toward the IT vision
TCS also helped MAS stabilize, rationalize and transform its IT operations, with better operational efficiency and higher customer service levels at reduced costs.
