TCS partners with Tata International Wolverine Brands to establish the brand and grow its operations in India

Tata International Wolverine Brands Limited (TIWBL) is a joint venture between Tata International and Wolverine World Wide Incorporated for the distribution of Wolverine's Merrell and Caterpillar Footwear products in India. Wolverine World Wide is a premium global fashion manufacturer and marketer of branded footwear, apparel and accessories, while Tata International manufactures and markets a wide range of products, including apparel and footwear.

Experience Results:
TCS worked with TIWBL on a very aggressive time-to-market schedule with a 4 month lead time from the formation of company to the launch of products. TCS helped the client with point solutions which helped to assess and analyze sell through information from TIWBL’s retail partners on an ongoing basis.

Diwanji highlights that, with the help of TCS solutions, tools and processes, TIWBL were able to improve its go-to-market by 3 months, cost saving benefits by 7-8% and margin improvement by 8-10%.
