TCS considers the Philippines market integral to its Asia-Pacific strategy. As an example of our long-term commitment and confidence for Philippines, we have set up a local subsidiary, which provide services to several Philippine and global customers. TCS Financial Solutions, a strategic business unit of TCS Ltd, has its development center in Manila for BaNCS, servicing several customers in the APAC region.
As part of its Global Delivery Network Model™ (GNDM™) roadmap, TCS also set up a 400+ FTE center for its regional and global customers. This currently assists three global banks and one utility company with BPO (voice and back-office) and Technology Support Services.
We, at TCS, strongly feel that the Philippines provides a distinct advantage for IT & ITES services in terms of its people, skill and scale perspectives and that the Philippines Delivery Center will become a major contributor and an integral part of the overall GNDM™ growth strategy.
