Having established successful large operations in North America, Europe and Asia over 4 decades, TCS forayed into Latin America in 2002, setting up a modest operation with 15 people based out of the Uruguayan capital city of Montevideo. With this seed, a subsidiary company called TCS Iberoamerica was born, expanding rapidly into a major operation spanning the Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries of Latin America and Europe. This year, TCS Iberamerica celebrates 5 years of its founding and coincidentally its 5000th local employee, with an advertising and media campaign.
