Event Details

The Agile Business Conference 2017 is a major, two-day annual event which provides a single forum for everyone interested in the application of Agile, or moving towards an Agile way of working. This unique gathering of influential Agile practitioners and leaders also brings together senior professionals predominantly from the UK and Europe, including C-suite executives, directors and managers.

Here the details of our sessions:

Manav Mehan and Stephen Grafton, TCS will be leading a workshop on October 5, 9:50 – 10:50, on the topic : The Alchemy of Enterprise Agility.

In this session Manav & Stephen will share practical insights and experiences transforming large complex organisations taking them on the journey to Organisational Agility. 

Stephen Giles and Kevin Reynolds, Agile Consultants, TCS will host roundtable on Oct 5, 2017, 15:40 – 16:10 on the topic – ‘Is SAFe a silver bullet’. In this roundtable they will discuss reasons of SAFe popularity; what does it mean to adopt SAFe, and to adopt SAFe successfully.

On the same day, Ian Mitchell and John Sweet, Agile Consultants, TCS will host another roundtable, from 15:40 – 16:10 on the topic: ‘Scrum is all you need’. In this session Ian and John will discuss drivers for scaling.  Is the only option to look at Less, SAFe or another of the large enterprise frameworks? Does bigger always mean better or quicker? Perhaps Scrum is all you need?
