In 2017, TCS partnered with bpost to help drive their digital transformation journey. “The decision to work with TCS is not driven by a technology choice. It is driven by their transformational capabilities,” said Nico.

“We were rated at a certain time as the number one top app in Belgium," said Nico while sharing that this was due to the improved engagement with its customers. The new app allowed customers to share their preferences and track their parcel journey.
