And have the privilege being the CEO of Ardent Mills. We're a joint venture with Cargill, ConAgra Brands and CHS is our parent companies. And we brought together the flour milling businesses of Cargill and ConAgra to create ardent mills. And we like to say we didn't create ardent mills just to be a big flower milling company, but to really change the way people think about grain based foods. TCS was a natural selection for us, a proven track record of excellence working with a lot of companies worldwide. We knew of them, knew it worked with them through our parent companies. And we really saw them as a perfect fit for us to really help to create, to think about taking different and new approaches and be more innovative in our systems and how we would implement them. TCS has really helped us really in two different ways initially. One was to determine which systems were best for Ardent Mills and we took a pretty innovative approach in that our business applications are all cloud based. And so we that was very different and innovative and challenging to say hey, can we do this and how will we do this. We also took on an approach of taking other applications more on what we call a Velcro basis, so we could tap into our primary enterprise systems with different applications for different parts of the business and take best in class can update them more easily and then integrate those all together. I think one of our values that Ardent Mills is simplicity and one of our goals with our new systems was to try to simplify. We could and we live in a complex world and systems and tools and information can be overwhelming at times. So we really work towards simplification and I think that helps drive business results in many ways. I think we've seen TCS as a really valued partner. In fact our vision at Ardent Mills is to be a trusted partner. We talk about nurturing customers, consumers and communities through innovative and nutritious Grain based solutions. To do that we need partners all along the way including consultants and folks that come in and help us in different ways and I think as a new company and with brand new systems and tools. We've had to be agile. We've actually gone down a couple paths where the tools we chose maybe weren't the best as we started to integrate them and we had to have some flexibility. Again, this Velcro approach that we've taken with TCS makes that easier to make some switches. One good example is that of taking our business applications on a cloud base. That was something that showed leadership, it showed. An ability to take some risk, but it really showed that understanding that we want to be leaders in the marketplace and we want to challenge status quo and we want to look at things differently. I think at Ardent Mills, we live by our values. Those values are trust, serving simplicity and safety. And we expect our partners, suppliers, consultants, those that we work with in different ways to live by those values as well. And one of the things we've seen with TCS is how they've embraced our values and live by those values as a part of Ardent Mills in this process. Seeing TCS live by our values was really important to us and I think really strengthened the relationship.
