My name is MATT PETERSON, I'm the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Delphi. I was brought in specifically because our IT environment was in somewhat of a state of disrepair, meaning that we've been through some lean years. And so our systems have become kind of dilapidated. We were versions behind and running things that were not properly supported by the vendors who supply them or by us if we developed or built the systems or by our partners. And so I crafted this program that basically said we're going to do three things. We're going to stabilize, enable and transform. And what that meant was. For the first two to three years, we're going to be spending a lot of our resources. Dollars, people, partners such as TCS working on just upgrading and stabilizing that dilapidated technology environment just to get us up to a common state that is supportable. By all accounts, as one of the most successful upgrades to ECC 6 and SAP history, there were literally almost 0 ramifications whatsoever and certainly no ramifications of any significance. So that that's the biggest, brightest example of where they've helped us on our project with the TCS team is helping us do now is to move beyond that and be more of a strategic enabler to our business partners, which means we're doing things like helping them with self driving cars and pulling data and analytics off of cars. So it's now we're at the actual core in crux of our business and our industry. It's not just inside the four walls keeping systems running and that kind of thing. I would say the biggest impact he's had on business operations goes beyond just we've implemented systems and we support them and we keep them running. And so that's where we've encouraged TCS and they've brought it often times proactively, which is looking at the business processes that we are automating and helping us figure out how we can optimize them, how we can improve them, which maybe goes beyond the scope of what they were asked to do. But we've encouraged that and they've come through and helped us and our business partners. TCS with the rest of my IT organization or a subset thereof are moving now more proactively and to actually, you know, enhancing business processes, changing things with both tools and process changes that allow us to bring new products to market. And we need their expertise more than ever because more and more now our products used to be physical hardware, things that you put into a car and now it's more and more software components because the car is becoming a big computer. It's like a phone on wheels basically is what it's becoming. So we need their expertise not in the just the traditional things of keeping the systems running, but also their expertise in software development and agile techniques and all those things. That we need that are now revenue generating not just keeping the existing business running. The bread and butter of our business is still where we make the money is manufacturing goods and we need to use digital technologies, Internet of Things etcetera to become better, faster, cheaper at doing that. At the same time we're looking at this you know this more nascent business model and it's developing out there in industry and be front and center to helping our business capture the value from it in the future. But the big play for us is going to be more the commercial again and what we do around automating the car and driving value from them.
