It's great to be here today talking about TCS and their 50 year experience here in the UK, the anniversary of that. Here at BT we have worked directly with TCS for 30 years and it's been a real developing partnership over that I personally have worked with TCS for many years over the period that they've worked with BT and what I can say is they've always been a trusted friend and partner in helping BT in its agenda for growth and also in helping BT become a much more efficient operator. My experience of working with TCS has been one where we've been able to work together on some great innovation. You know, truly the partnership that we've had has contributed to BT's growth, whether that be in helping the business drive revenue, So growth at the front end or growth, you know, in our profitability through improvements in efficiency, all really important and all a really great contribution. Highlights of the partnership that we've had at BT with TCS, I would say really are rooted in TCSS ability to really understand the telecom sector and having depth of understanding there. And a couple of examples would be they certainly bring, you know, real understanding of what it's like to run a network and how to build a network and how to, you know, go on and innovate on a network. So that's the key example. And the other area which has been consistent throughout that is knowledge of data and how to use data, how to analyse data and make it really valuable within the business. TCS now run about 70% of B TS applications and we migrated much of that to them a couple of years ago and then a really important one, but most recently we migrated the payroll for 70,000 employees. You've got to get that right, and that worked really well too.
