Name is Yoho Ikki and I'm working as head of Quality processes and Automation at DNA IT. DNA was established in 2001 and we have grown from a small mobile operator start up to telecommunication operated the third of artists in the female end. We have about 4 million subscriptions in the fixed and mobile network. I'm Dominic Arcle. I'm Head of Corporate Service Delivery and I work for DNAPLC. Within the competitive corporate business in Finland, we were looking of ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in order to be able to accommodate multiple strategic projects running in parallel. Our journey with RPA, which is stands for Robotic Process Automation and here we are talking about software robots applied to IT systems that we haven't used. We began with TCS in January 2017. Since then we've had multiple robots up and running in production, helping us reduce manual work and increase accuracy in these processes where they are operating. We have found that the RPA is a very good technology. We can get real business benefits in a very short period of time. It takes only weeks from idea to production. And we have been creating a number of robots of the total number of recent now about 12 robots and we are seeing that they are really delivering what the business wants. Marvin, one of the robots we have deployed, has helped to increase efficiency by up to 300% just by eliminating time consuming manual tasks. Marvin is also extremely accurate, 100% accuracy as a matter of fact, which again helps to reduce reclamations related to customer invoices. The improved efficiency also helped us move some of the resources and allocate them to other strategic business projects. We see that robotics can free up people's working time. That doesn't only create better employee satisfaction, but high employee satisfaction really supports great customer satisfaction. I see the TCS team and management, they are very committed to DNS targets in process automation and the way we are working with TCS, there's not them and us. We are working as one team to achieve the targets we are aiming at. DNA values are fast, straightforward and bold, and I have no problem saying that. TCS is absolutely committed to the same values. The thing that strikes me the most about TCS attitude is the yes we can. I know it's a cliche to say it, but it is really very proactive, very committed to help the customer reach their business goals and meeting the project deadlines. TCS has really understood the culture of DNA, so they are able to be flexible and fast that they are really the kind of partner we need in our RPA journey. So the synergy was there and the outcome today for both companies, I would say we both learned from each other is much better than we were separately. TCS is so trusty, but we should have a look at setting up a center of excellence for robotic process automation. TCS engaged Finnish speaking process engineers in our centre of excellence and we really see the results. This really increases the productivity when we are implementing RPA. With TCS, I'm always confident that I will get the results I'm anticipating, and not only that, it is very often that they exceed the expectations or the deadlines given by DNA. We are also going to engage artificial intelligence, natural language processing and combine this with robotics and that will be really exciting. We will get something really new, cool stuff. I see that TCS is a key partner in achieving this kind of a future.
