I'm Howard Watson, the CEO of Technology Service and Operations within BT. BT in the UK is the largest telecommunications operator, but on a global scale. We're also, you know, in the top 4 operators in terms of delivering services to global customers in pretty much every country around the globe. TCS are a long term partner of BT. We've had a 20 year relationship. The program that I'm keen to brief on today is a migration that was undertaken by ourselves working with TCS for what we call our retail enterprise data warehouse. Now that enterprise data warehouse has 85 terabytes, so an enormous amount of data which essentially underpins the operation of. Well, for BTC's consumer business and BT's B2B business, so a highly critical data application that required a lot of technical migration. So one of the real business benefits that we're now starting to see having completed this migration of our enterprise data warehouse is if you think about it in the past we used it primarily as management information for how we run the business. So an example would be how many customers did we acquire yesterday, how many did we lose yesterday. We're now though because of the performance it's delivering, starting to use it to in a real time way to run our. Business. So if you call into a contact center, increasingly we will use this capability to do what's called real time decisioning. So I will know who you are, what your product and package is. I'll also know what the next best thing to attempt to sell you is. And that's where we're starting to add real bottom line value on the basis of the migration we've undertaken here. We're now on an infrastructure that we can rely on. We're not, it's not keeping me awake at night worrying about it anymore. And it's delivering responses to queries in about 1/10 of the time that it was previously. So that's really important as the business increasingly everyday relies more and more on information. We've been, we're thinking about the specific needs for this migration and who we could partner with. I mean what we're really looking for there is people who had experience in the telecommunications area and had a track record with us of managing large amounts of enterprise data and enterprise data warehouses TCS have been running. And developing our existing Edws for some years. So in some respects there were a natural partner to evolve into this. But I think also their experience in the telecommunications sector and really understanding what the data is used for and I think that's the critical point was really relevant in terms of us selecting them as a partner here. Both organizations had to go the extra mile to deliver this and TCS really stepped up as a true partner in doing that in working with us. Out of hours, early hours of the morning, weekends, et cetera to make sure we would deliver this in a risk free way. The thing that really shines through here is that leadership capability through a real deep knowledge of what we as a client actually need. And I think that's a key strength that we've seen in this program and throughout the relationship. They truly stepped up to what we asked them to do, which is to be a thought leader in this space, really help us mitigate any risk for the business and I can't overemphasize. That we've been putting this off for a number of years on the back of being worried about that and really using the experience that they've got from other sectors and also within the telecommunications sector to make sure that we remain on track. Absolutely a strong positive result from that really traced back to us being brave enough to undertake this to select the right partner and to have the great success in the delivery. TCS's relationship with BT has expanded over the last 12 months and part of that is down to the strength of the delivery as we've seen on this project. You know, there are one of our key partners now and I'm certain we'll remain so for the future.
