At TCS, we believe in wider zero vision. We want to partner with utility companies on their journey towards net zero and beyond. In our view, utility companies need to strike a balance between three critical parameters. One is the affordability, secondary sustainability. Third is energy efficiency, and you need to have a holistic approach to deal with the energy crisis situation. The unprecedent energy crisis that we are facing this year is challenging our ability to address all the consequences of this crisis, both on people, on business and since the beginning of this year. First, we have to secure the delivery of energy for this winter and protect our customer. Then we immediately decided to help. Our weaker customers and all this is requiring to leverage everything that we develop with TCS over the few past years, especially in agility. And we use that agility to be very responsive and to adapt ourselves, find solutions and be able to deliver what was expected in terms of savings for our customer, in terms of new solutions coming to what TCS is doing for managing this crisis industry. How to set up three solutions in energy efficiency, energy sufficiency and energy transition. And these three solutions in these three categories certainly will help mitigate the energy crisis. For ENGIE, we have built solutions for their customers. We built a smart energy product solutions which will help in their net zero journey. When we brought TCS as a partner, we are having lots of struggles dealing with our 10 millions of customers and contracts and providing a good experience to our customers we are having some issues with providing information and We're having also quality issues and TCS made analysis of this situation and they provided one solution that would be to automate most of the processes. TCS did not come only with software solution or skilled people. They also came with a global approach which is called machine first delivery model that we discovered with them and the machine first delivery model approach brought us customer satisfaction. Good quality of service and also risk avoidance from strategy, orchestration and execution, TCS energy work together and I think we ticked the right boxes. We also tackled almost every year revenue leakage that we had previously. The long term strategy we are pursuing for energy transition that is made of services, energy and equipment is still relevant because we are committed to being debt zero carbon. Until 2045 and she is very committed to energy transition and we encouraging our customers to perform energy saving, consume less energy, consume better energy through a program called more program my program for action. And this paves the way of the kind of relationship will evolve to our with our customer in the future. Looking forward what we will want to do with ENGIE where we want to partner with the. Indeed, given TCS industry breadth experience, we want to bring Crosss industry solutions to ENGIE. We want to bring peer-to-peer trading to ENGIE from the banking experience. We want to bring the customer experience, how customers are treated in retail. We want to bring that experience to Ng and also many, many more solutions like what we are working with the EV or battery solutions from the manufacturing point of view, how we can bring those solutions for our customer ENGIE. We are very, very proud of our partnership with ENGIE. It is a decade long partnership, A partnership which is built trust, transparency and shared values. And we really, really relish the partnership how it grew over the last decade and ENGIE is still committed to be net Zero carbon. By 2045 and thus leverage its core activities for that network, renewables, energy production and supply.
