Vodafone Australia is one of the leading mobile carriers here in Australia. We have a subscriber base of approximately 5 million customers. As part of the company, I'm responsible for all technology operations, all the development of new capabilities. Development of the network and all the systems that the different parts of the business used to go about their business. TCS is actually a key partner for us. They're the largest development partner that we have. TCS assists us across two different domains, primarily development as well as testing and operations transfer as we call it. They are engaged across a number of applications in the IT domain. Also supporting some of the network domains, especially when it comes to operational transition. Siebel is our customer relationship management application or CRM application. It's therefore widely used across the company. More than half of our employees actually have daily interactions with that system. It's used in customer care where we handle requests from people calling into our call center. We also use it in our retail shops to process orders to provide people with upgrades of their phones, of their plans. As such, is really an application that's at the core of our business. As Vodafone Australia, we were running a 10 year old Siebel release. It needed upgrading for many different reasons. It was a very tight timeline. It was a challenging project because there's a lot of dependencies for the business. TCS took up that challenge in the end did a really good job out of it. Key benefits of the Sibel program that we had planned for and that have been delivered faster provisioning. We had also re engineered the business process or customer journey. To make that a lot quicker for our customers when they visit our shops, to make it easier for our customer care agents to assist customers, we had asked TCS to do a gradual transition of the old version of Siebel to the new version of Siebel. For that, we had to use a new piece of technology that hadn't that we hadn't used before, which is called Golden Gate. In that technology agents or sales reps are gradually migrated from the old version to the new so that we avoid a Big Bang and long outage periods for the business. The project completely delivered on time and from a budget perspective, same thing. It was within the financial constraint that we have as a business. So we're really happy with the outcome. TCS is a true business partner in the sense that whenever we are seeking a certain outcome, they go along the journey. Even if everything isn't clear from the start, they're willing to take a calculated business risk alongside with us and get on the journey for a project. Other aspects are when we do need certain competence in the project, they've got a very wide base of resources in Australia as well as around the world and they are able to quickly ramp that up for our needs. In their governance, they're really transparent. We managed the project totally alongside them and there's no difference between our team and the TCS team. And whenever we do do project reviews, they're common project reviews so that we've got all the issues on the table where we need to have them and solve them together. TCS when it comes to the to this IT application development space is really one of the leading companies. It has a broad base of confidence both in Australia and around the world and we've been able to tap into that to our benefit and we're looking forward to continue to do that with TCS. If you see how TCS stepped up to the challenge of taking on the sea blood growth, I think it's one-of-a-kind and it's a really job job well done. On time, on budget and delivering the business outcome.
