I'm the Chief Information Officer of BT. It looks after the advice, insurance, superannuation and investment needs for all of our banking customers. BT is actually the number one wealth company in Australia. We have over 4000 employees and look after a variety of different services when it comes to wealth products with a particular focus on superannuation, insurance, investments and advice. TCS has been involved in a variety of projects for us. Including our digital projects, our regulatory and compliance projects. And our Panorama transformation project, which is the biggest project that BT is running right now and he's looking to significantly transform both our technology and some of our business capabilities. We've done a lot of research on I guess a number of the different providers of development services and TCS matched the number of key criteria for us, 1. Key criteria was thought leadership. So we wanted to work with an organization that was always looking ahead. And looking into the future about how technology was shaping businesses, we also were looking for somebody who could. Grow with us and I think we definitely would find that with TCS considering the growth history of the organization. And finally, we were looking for a company that matched our own values around respect and teamwork and the community spirit that has identified Westpac NBT for such a long time. Panorama is the largest transformation project that BT has ever kind of undertaken and it's actually the largest project in any wealth organization in Australia. It's looking to significantly simplify our product systems and to significantly change the customer experience that we provide to our clients. We are building a state-of-the-art digital platform that will allow everyday clients to interact with their wealth assets effectively. And efficiently. TCS has been with us from day one on that journey and they have been involved in the development of all of the online capabilities as well as the mobile capabilities for that platform. The key outcomes that we are looking for really are differentiated experiences for our customers. So we want better products out there faster. In channels that our customers choose to interact and our relationship with TCS will ensure that we have the ability to deliver those products faster to market, that those products are delivered and available whenever our customers need them and that we continue to innovate those products and services as well. From day one, TCS has worked with us in an extremely professional and very engaged manner. They understood the needs of our organization and how we operate, and every organization has got its own intricacies about how they operate. But they understood our processes, our people. They spent time building those relationships and building those teams. The TCS has shown a significant amount of agility as well. Every organization again has, you know, their own internal kind of barriers that they have to go through. But TCS, through their experience of working with multiple partners globally, have worked with us to overcome those and work through them. The access to the scale and expertise that sits within the TCS organization is a huge advantage for us. The client base that TCS has exposure to and the types of experiences that allows their associates to have, which means that they can bring them into our own organization are significant. And we look forward to seeing that innovation, that leadership of thinking, that leadership of practice coming through and lifting our own standards. The focus that TCS has actually put on BT has started right from the top of the organization and extends throughout the whole organization. Being right at the forefront of how both organizations are viewing their future strategies and how they're looking to implement those strategies for their people are important for us to understand as we continue to build those partnerships. So I think it's been a fantastic model of how both women leadership and a partnership perspective we can come together.
