I'm Helle Larsen and I am Vice President within CDC in the Digital Oasis Core area. This is the biggest Telegraph in Denmark, and six years ago we needed a turn around. From an IT telco perspective? We needed to lower our cost and we needed to make a new strategy that was going more into a digital direction. We partnered up with TCS and we started a lot of transformation projects, strategic projects and continued even to improve time to market for product development projects. The specific project I want to elaborate on is the workforce management project where TCS really performed like a role model. So we needed to shift from this very old platform and old system to a more modern technology that was digital, that was digitalized even with, you know, mobile apps. That was made on more modern platform and technology so that we were able to make 100%. An automated solution, we have now a utilization of our technicians with more than 95%. Furthermore, we have lowered the cost with like around 40% for what we call, you know, overtime cost. We also lowered the cost with our subcontractors with 40%. As of now we have a saving of $10 million. So that is really a business objective. When we started up, together with TCS, TCS and TDC were acting very much like vendors. And became slowly and, you know, evolved into a great partnership. TCS was a role model of a partner in the sense that we really got the best skilled team for executing, for doing their program management and for doing even the testing all along the way. And you see the business was not that mature when they were also doing the requirements. So we needed to go into a more agile Sprint mode to sort of address the late requirements, and we were doing that actually on time and on budget, TCS Really stepped up when we again switched to the capacity agreement, where we became one team. I had my Adm lead. And this relationship is a trusted advisor. He's an equal to me. In my opinion, you really show leadership when you are able to set the right team, the right skill set, the right mix. So there is the thing about the TCS guys, they are very loyal and they are extremely hard working and taking that into consideration together with skills. PMs. Developers, testers, you have the best team ever and this is due to bringing value at every day during the utmost 24/7 around the clock to meet our expectations and even exceed them. And we need a strong, dedicated partner to continue this journey that is, of course, TCS.
