AG insurance launched a project called Yongo. And the project Yongo was a new innovative platform for children savings. We launched it to get closer to the customer and to really transform our company with a digital focus and a focus on customer experience. And for that we build a new ecosystem and get TCS involved as from the beginning because we didn't had enough resources in house and of course we could rely on the expertise of a group like TCS. Building the customer experience of the future is one of our strategic pillars. So we wanted to build new solutions instead of new products and these new solutions are part of our digital journey of AG insurance. Launching a project like Yongo is a challenge because it's the first time AG Insurance launched such a big project. There was a lot of new things in it. Digital transformation and innovation, and innovation is a very hard thing. And in that journey it was good to have TCS as a partner. We worked really focused to deliver from time to time. It was hard, but there was a good communication and of course from time to time also a celebration. And recently we were as AG insurance also rewarded for that project by Google and Trends. We received the digital innovation award. It was a really nice recognition, not only recognitions from our customers but also from the industry to see that AG insurance was able with help of TCS to launch a new innovative project. The partnership with TCS was really built on trust. So we picked up from both sides the right people to put on the project and we had a very good follow up during the whole program. TCS acted as a committed partner during the engagement by being very close in the core team. Ajay started the core team with different internal resources and capabilities and we were able to integrate TCS and do it in a natural way. Flexible agile we had to adapt or process during, let us say, building the Yongo ecosystem. But that being close, open and transparent, we were able to do it and we had one common goal delivering one year and we did it. But I think TCS was very flexible in helping us. They knew the right to find the right people to start the project, to help people with technical background of the user experience background, we put them all together, people with marketing experience from AG, the legal stuff that the activities we put them all together. And they found always a solution for the problem. So this was very very positive. There are a lot of things to be proud of because it's the first online platform that we have in Belgium, so we are proud of that, but also the way that we realized it was the first time that we had a dedicated team to realise this project. With external partners from different levels and we are very proud that it's the first project and the first project was a success. It was a great experience, one of the most difficult years of my life, but looking back, I would certainly do it again.
