My name is Nathan Morgan. I'm the founder, the CEO, and the President of Continental Bank in Salt Lake City, UT. I wanted to focus specifically on the concept of a niche bank operating out of a single office. I achieved that with my identification of commercial equipment, finance on a nationwide basis being something that I wanted to execute on. And so that became our business. Model nationwide. We were looking for more flexibility, we were looking for more innovation. We were looking for best in class partners that would enable us to differentiate ourselves in a positive way. Realized that we needed to reevaluate our business goals. And that exercise reinforced in our mind. With our desire to remain a single office. Doing business nationwide. With commercial customers that it was critical. That in offering additional products not only in the credit side of the bank but also on the deposit side of the bank that we find a strategic partner that would enable us to. Remain true to our nature and our character and our business model, while at the same time expanding our business goals. Following our contracting with TCS, we immediately began the implementation of new deposit accounts and products. We were excited about the opportunity for us to become a primary financial institution to not only our existing customers, but to new customers not only within our local marketplace, but nationwide. Simultaneously with our beginning to offer transaction accounts and this wasn't again through our branch network because we didn't have one, but through a digital bank which we had never previously had. We were excited about the process of moving along the path of changing who we were in the minds of our customers and in every instance. They were most welcoming of our thoughts and our suggestions and our requests for requirement changes. That continues to the present day and we have been exceedingly pleased with the attitude. The effort and the desire and the flexibility of TCS and providing us with what we feel we need to deliver the desired customer experience that we think will differentiate us from our competition. They have placed tools in our hands that would have enabled us to provide the customer experience that we always wanted to be able to deliver to our customers as we broadened the scope of products and services. That we offer to them and we could not have done that without the help, the creativity, the flexibility and the hard work of TCS as a strategic partner.
