My name is Greg Fleck. I'm the Vice President of the Manufacturing Center of Excellence in IT for the industrial sector of Eaton Eaton's very acquisitive company. We've had a couple acquisitions and I've gone to the TCS leadership team looking for the right skill set to be able to take a new business to eat and help it perform in the area of things like leading indicators for manufacturing. For the shot for planning, master scheduling work, order releasing and performance of on time delivery. TCS has committed to really ramp up and resource a very, very solid team of service and delivery. We were on all of our level one and level 2 MCG pro, QD MPG Pro support through the team. Their service levels are fantastic. We have a balanced scorecard that they must really, really adhere to and perform against and their scores are always way at the top. We like to benchmark them against anybody and I look at our scores across the company. And really that service and delivery team performs as well as anybody. Also they have a very, very talented development team. So not only the service and delivery, but the development efforts that we get out of TCS really match up very well with our own skills. And we're we're not, we're not shy in going to TCS to have them really look at how to scope it, how to scope an effort out and how to deliver it successfully. I think there's a lot of reasons. We looked at TCS, really they're proximity to talent, being able to bring on very, very diverse talent and technical skills. Also a pretty deep pool of business knowledge. And we've worked with TCS on an onshore offshore arrangement where we always team up with a couple of resources. One that can engage with those on site and move with us and be on site and embed shoulder to shoulder with our teams and another that's providing really cost effective services. From offshore, but we're coordinating over these time zones and that data, that technical skill and that the cohesiveness of the team really has helped us keep costs down and deliver on time. I think it's the commitment that we really have a solid commitment on the people are when we are engaged with the resource, that resource is really dedicated to eating. They're dedicated to live through our principles. I think there's a good forward look on the experience of the TCS consultants that will have in and involved. They understand the environment. They are able to predict maybe where we will have run into an issue and also then come up with a creative solution on how to address it both in development, service delivery for ERP for many years. We've partnered together met on many occasions very regularly to understand what our needs are, where we're going, what our Road maps look like. But with that relationship being tight and being very open and honest, we were able to communicate what it is we're looking for, how we want to engage. And that understanding went beyond just a normal relationship of a service provider. I really felt that were true partners in our efforts for delivering to our road map.
