BOMBARDIER Transportation is the global leader in rail technology. We are currently present in more than sixty countries with more than 300 sites We are operating and 37,000 employees with being present around the globe in all time zones, all continents. We need to ensure that we have the operational stability and deploy services into all countries. In 2012, we decided to move out of a single outsourcing environment into a multi sourcing environment to get more agility, more flexibility and reduce our cost base. The target in terms of KP is firstly operational stability, but on the other hand also speed of deployment and speed of transformation. We started to break down our environment understanding what kind of service domains do we have, how do we bundle service together and move into a competitive RFP to bring the services to the market. Out of a competitive IFP, we selected TCS because of a compelling offer. The price was right and also we had the impression of the ability to realise the project. The initial structures were established quite quickly. What we saw throughout the process is that we needed to adapt. The structures coming from the project need regularly. We worked with TCS in the areas of remote infrastructure management. In particular, focusing on data centre services and workplace services. And also some areas of application management. For the project phase, depending on the complexity of the project, we had the onsite presence at times for up to 25%. In the operational area, we aim for an offshore presence of more than 95%. The general experience is positive. Working with TCS, we see a good level of responsiveness and taking accountability. On the human and intercultural level, we have a very good experience with TCS. We see a high standard of corporate values, personal integrity and ethics, and it fits over all quite well to our cultural environment in Bombardier Transportation. Based on the current performance of TCS, we see TCS business in Bombardier Transportation rather growing and we're looking now for further areas of engagement. What we have seen in many other companies looking just for the next sale or for the next quarter is not that present in TCS would recommend other companies to work with TCS. We see in the action and orientation on performance, on results and working with a customer long term together. And this gives us a good feeling in a joint win win situation.
