Tata Consultancy Services TCS - ESSEC Business School Study Unlocking the value of data 105 business leaders in France shared their perception of Data Maturity for their companies. Across the four pillars of data strategy - organizational, technological, human and financial - 50% of companies surveyed stand at a low or medium level of maturity with a limited capacity of sharing data. 50% of the respondents have at least one active data lake or data warehouse but 30% of them continue to only use their information system to extract data. 25% of companies surveyed made intensive use of cloud in analytics. 90% enrich their controlled internal data with other internal data, external data and open data. More than 60% of companies state they have a low or very low level of automation for analytic processes. 12% have company-wide induction programs on data for all employees.
