I'm here with Tony, founder and chairman of Stars Foundation, and Ali, chief human resources manager at Pearson. Guys, lovely to have you. Thank you. Now, you've just come out of a session talking all about leading humans and machines. So what were some of your key takeaways from it? The future is unpredictable, I told in the session. You know, my gut feeling is we will be surprised by a lot of things and very soon and very fast. What we talked about in response to that is how important it is to be adaptable and really be agile in the context of all this disruption. And I think importantly, be open to learning, constantly learning, being curious so that you're ready, especially as you said, with the world changing so much, perhaps unlearning is also important. We discussed that in in in the session exactly. And just being uncomfortable with change and being comfortable with the the uncomfortable. Well, Ali, how are leaders preparing to lead humans and machines and where do you install? Well, I think it first starts with understanding what we believe humans are best sort of able to do and, and lean into those soft skills, those skills that are so important is how we can use agents to, or our digital assistants to just sharpen our thinking, but not replace our voice, not replace our work, not replace, you know, our our kind of imprint on the work itself. And lastly, have you experienced anything this week that you found particularly surprising? I think I think our brains have been stretched here. A lot of a lot of provocative topics that got us thinking more about what we need to be doing and what we need to be thinking about in the future. And to your point, be prepared. Bring on 2026. Bring it on. Thank you so much. Thank you.
