DHFL engagement with TCS is perhaps an excellent example of collaborative partnership. When we started in 2008, we were really looking for a partner who could enable not only the setup of operations, but who could partner with us in terms of scaling, also providing us enough opportunities on the operational efficiency and optimizing costs. TCS came to us as a preferred choice given the domain expertise which TCS has and an excellent technology platform which TCS brings in. We were very sure that TCS is our preferred partner. In this space. As we progressed not only in terms of business volumes, but in terms of geographical expansion and reach, TCS partner with us and scaled up depending upon our business needs. For example, we collaborated on bringing to the fore a very, very customized document solution system. TCS also helped us in bringing operational efficiencies by customizing our assembly lines of production. What is more important and pertinent to mention here? Is the entire ecosystem of TCS business partners brings to the fore not only the instant gratification but also the end mile service enablement. For instance the decentralized scanning printing feet on street for the renewal collections. This has really helped us to not only ramp up fast but also compete with the established players in the life insurance space. In terms of the workflow deployment that really helped us in improving our turn around times to more than 80%. TCS has really been consistent in its delivery commitments, which has helped us in really giving service guarantees to our consumers. On the contact center front, it's not only the technology support and efficiency which TCS brings in. However, we were very clear given the Indian space and the regional dialect which people interact in, We wanted to have lots and lots of Indian languages where we can connect with the consumers. TCS was ready and TCS brought this to the table pretty fast. Today, we have more than 13 Indian languages where we connect with our consumers. And they are pretty happy. We started with 100 applications a month and today we do around 350 to 400 applications processing every day. What does this mean to us? The integrated play which TCS brings forth both on the technology and business process services is a beautiful example of collaboration where TCS and DPI works together in improving operating efficiencies over the last eight years. Multiple instances are there where process excellence has helped us really one consumer laurels. And not to say that's the reason why we are in this space with TCS. On the commitment front, I must admit the entire thesis management and specifically the TCS senior management has been very proactive not only at the start of the engagement, but they have made sure that the governance structure which we collaboratively put together has been really put to practice even till today. During the recent Chennai floods, you know when the calamity struck the country and not only the normal life but even business operations were disrupted. TCS management and the front team were proactive in ensuring that our disaster recovery set up is up and running and our data center has moved there swiftly. The way we look forward, I'm very hopeful and confident that this is the partner we are looking at and this is the partnership which can create a new experience in the Indian financial services industry. TCS has really helped us bringing a lot of innovations on the table at the start of the engagement thesis brought a very innovative variable cost model which really worked for us as a young startup, which meant that there were no starting fixed costs and our operational expenses were in line as our business volumes grew. We are in a very exciting phase at DPLI, the phase of growth as we call it and as we look forward to this space. We are very hopeful that TCS continues to be our preferred partner. Why? Because of the domain expertise which TCS brings in and more importantly the attitude and the demonstration of ownership of running business with us. We are very keen to enter into the digital space and perhaps lead this digital space and the kind of focus which TCS has in this arena. There is no doubt that we will continue to partner with TCS to help us build a digitally enabled life insurance company and as they say, since we've experienced certainty with TCS not only in times of running businesses but also during calamities.
