Stevens Institute of Technology is a premier research university located near New York, Manhattan. We are inspired by humanity powered by technology, and our mission is to inspire, nature and prepare students for tomorrow's world. During the pandemic, it became extremely difficult to keep up with the demands. The servers and storage was nearing end of life. Stevens needed to go to cloud primarily to be more agile to provide more reliable services. But above all, we wanted to make sure that we provided students with the digital connected campus experiences that we were unable to provide prior to going to cloud. TCS came in and we had. Several conversation about our existing setup, they were able to gain deep insight in terms of our limitations, our challenges and then we were able to partner with their team to come up with a solution that will solve the challenges that Stevens was facing. TCS really partnered with our team and it was a major cultural shift for Stevens technology team where not only TCS provided. Technical expertise and knowledge, but they were also instrumental in riskier our team members throughout the assessment process where they were able to gain intimate knowledge of the services and the applications we are running in the physical server and then ensure that all of those services were migrated successfully to Microsoft Azure. Having a modern technology and tools in place allowed my team to move very quickly to provide a reliable robust. And the secure services to support Stevens digital ambitions, I find TCS team was extremely knowledgeable. They had a very talented project management team that went above and beyond to make sure that we met specific timelines throughout the entire project. They also were able to find a specific talent that we needed to backfill some of the resources throughout this entire project. Following the successful completion of this project into six months later, we are able to notice significant improvement in user experiences. We are able to provide reliable and secure services to our hybrid workforce and more importantly, we are able to find innovative ways of supporting our research enterprise. TCS was able to build some meaningful relationship with my team that really contributed towards the success of. That's where I project.
