goIT is a program for people that want to pursue a career in STEM. The reason we do it for women, is because we see it's a big difference in IT. The gender equality is not where we want it to be. On a personal level, you can see the growth and also the fact that people get their self-confidence back. it's about coming to a new country. You have all these challenges, but then how do we give them the right tools to navigate the new territory and to actualize to their full potential? We can help them, and Provide them with necessary things so that they can, in the future, pursue that career. As they go through this process, they become really good at presentations. And also creating an app that can solve a problem, so this helps them better into jobs and also to meet with companies that are looking for solutions like this. The winner that we would like to announce for this evenings event is Elcycle. Our projects is about electronic recycle. Because we get new technology every day and the more IT-devices we have the more electronic waste we get. So it's important that we take responsibility while we purchase. We really thank TCS because they assigned every mentor and they tell us how to think about the idea, how to be innovative, how our goal can match strategic goals. I think TCS is very important because, when we talk about the technical know how and then the mentors that come into the program, they have many years of experience and they also work internationally. We have mentors coming from Norway and from other parts, like Amsterdam, different parts of the world who are actually supporting them in doing this project. I would say that they are like a pathfinder for them.
