TCS was engaged for the nuclear pharmacy services business at Cardinal Health. We went to TCS to propose on a transformational project that we had where we needed to transform our pharmacy operations to new technology, moving from a batch operation to more of an automated technology solution in our pharmacy. Well, our Fusion project was a project to enable huge efficiency in our nuclear pharmacy business. In reducing material utilization and our dispensing of radioactive isotopes, we also centralized a lot of our back office functions and created an SAP environment And TCS led the development of our dispensing application called Isotrac and also helped us with the back office SAP implementation. So we have to get incredibly efficient at doing our dispensing work and the FUSION program has been critical to doing that. The other part of the Fusion program was in utilizing SAP technologies to automate some of our back office functions. So when you consider what it takes to generate a price to put an invoice out there, we utilize TCS and their relationship to help enable SAP in a business unit that really hadn't used it for those functionalities before and it was significant to our customers. We were able to provide very detailed invoice. Information and we actually provided it over the web. So our customers were very excited about this transformation. The Fusion program also provided a significant patient impact in regards to patient safety. While our business has been very solid in results as far as making sure that when we put a custom dose for a patient that's getting a specific diagnostic test done, we do a great job of that. And our quality issues are pretty much nil. On all projects, things don't always go perfect and what I really have always loved about TCS and they demonstrated it once again in Fusion was their flexibility to ebb and flow with the needs of the project. TCS really was a critical part of the team and they weren't a separate group that we treated differently or they treated us differently. We were one team. They did great work and showing us where they had established a technology lab just like a pharmacy and how would they, how are they creating a solution and using it like they would in the business. So we saw how they were working to deliver the solution, but we also got to know them personally and that really fostered a relationship that you know when you run into tough times on a project, you need those relationships to get through them together. But I found that TCS has been very flexible at really being committed to the success of the program and that's what really showed throughout the life of the project. I think that TCS really does go out of the way to build relationships. I think the account team has done the homework. They put the feet on the ground, they built the relationships, they do the hard work. I think that takes patience from the leadership of TCS and the talent on the ground all the time. It's always about the people.
