We faced a number of challenges when we began our transformation. It was clear we were under invested in some really critical technology and we hadn't thought about how to modernise our processes. We had looming opportunities such as our new relationship with Ocado and the challenges of the wider industry, there was a need to optimize and really transform the way we ran the SRD function. We had a lot of complexity built in, building a huge number of planograms to support our stores and try and keep things simple for our colleagues. At the same time, we weren't able to offer a tailored range that need to transform was building over several years. We now have a range that is accurate at all times. The integration with our supply chain system and the building of the new range solution really means that. There is no lag between the planogram and the range that we're putting into the supply chain systems. The space range and display platform is a key piece of technology from a space perspective. This is really important about us working out what to put where inside our stores, which products should we sell and to what extent. And from a display perspective it's working where to put them in each of those shops. The new space, range and display platform enables us to do that at a scale and effectiveness like never before. I want to say a huge thank you to the TCS program team working alongside the Marks and Spencers program team. All we got from day one were benefits from the system and that doesn't come by accident. It comes from 2 great teams working together to deliver our program on time and very effectively .The best in class technology and the business team work together. Starting from the value discovery phase to process simplification, followed by implementing a highly automated decision making system, TCS and M&S is having a long standing relationship over decade we evolved our relationship from a solution provider to a business transformation partner. And our relationship with TCS is going to be critical in navigating some of the significant investments and further transformations across our operating model. And of course our most importantly work to do with our customers and our colleagues right here in the store. And our partnership with TCS is going to be absolutely critical to that.
