My opening message, we want to gratitude has just been fantastic about how we've gone from effectively being a concept to being a established financial services provider looking after £50 billion of assets of 14 million people. And that's all been built on the strength of what TCS have done for us. We are over the next few generations being a big part of trying to remove pensioner poverty and in a career you don't get any opportunities to be involved in societal change. And for us with TCS it's been super exciting.Employees have never had pensions before, the hairdresser, the the fish and chip shop. What we were learning and TCS were learning was if we continued trying to do it the way we'd done for large corporates, we wouldn't have coped that sort of hand holding the the customer interaction required wouldn't work at that, at that scale. So we pulled together Co innovation Stream, TCS Nest together to look at how do you solve that problem and say we built with TCS absolutely market leading, deep integration into payroll software, open APIs that anyone could build to that even some 10 years later, other providers in the marketplace are still not caught up with. It's incredibly innovative. It's what enabled us to cope with thousands of employers joining every month. Now we are at the start of another change that we we need to make. We want to harness those 14,000,000 members we've got and engage them so they are feeling secure and resilient in their finances. And that requires another technology evolution. And so TCS are building with us brand new architecture.Architecture that enables us to harness what we know about our customers through data, insight, hyper personalised experiences and services for them. We're also looking at developing what we think will be a market leading member app. The Nest in your pocket is the key for us.People want to see in their hand what's happening with their savings, not having to log onto portals or ring up phone. And, and we are on the sort of cusp of that road map currently with TCS to, to, to build that.We often say that the TCS team are more Nest than Nest.I don't think I've ever worked with a group of people so dedicated to try and find the right answer for you.And I think that's the thing that over the decade plus of working with them, that really sticks with me.
