My name is Lance Bowman. I'm working at CDC Denmark and I'm hitting the Department of Quality Assurance and Release Management. CDC Group is in 140 years old Danish telecom operator and was the first in the Danish market and also the largest one. TCS is our strategic partner within QA space. We are looking very much into automating testing. We're looking into non functional testing like performance testing, test data management environment. Management and so forth and in this direction we have a very close collaboration with TCS on these matters. We are delivering new features to customers and trying to do it in an interactive way and a new technologies and we need to keep up with that and at the same time deliver the best quality that we are able to do to the customers. And these programs and initiatives have helped us a lot in improving this part. When we created our department which was quality assurance, it was obvious that TCS was playing a role here as well because they're. So in quality assurance knowledge and also telco domain knowledge furthermore. She says I've also collaborated together with CDC and a lot of solutions and platforms and in that direction it makes good sense that we continue our close collaboration. Over the last two years, we have improved our releases significant. We have decreased the number of incidents after release with over 80% and that have been in close collaboration with CCS around all the improvements that we have done around our releases. TCS has been a key player in our system automation program. We have increased. It says coverage by 6 times and our regression tests that is automated by 95%. We have also reduced our cost of regression test. And at the same time, we are at the moment able to run our regression test suite in one day TCS also bringing automated digital dashboards which makes our daily day more transparent and efficient. But CDC these results are not only a matter of numbers or dashboards, it's only a matter of customers experience and also that the customer is staying connected. For CDC. TCS is not only a supplier or vendor, it's a partner through this several years of collaboration. It's become into a partnership where we have equally respect each other as a business and delivering the objectives that we are facing. TCS is very agile, collaborate and outcome driven. TCS is open, transparent and ethical in the way of communications and their way of approaching our business. Therefore, CDC is also looking forward to continue our partnership in the future. Our reason to continue with TCS was obvious, we needed to increase our quality and TCS providers. Us with a lot of capabilities within solutions, platforms, instrument quality assurance and also a lot of test initiative. TCS is involved in almost all projects and programs at the moment, fiber lab, IT separation and transformation programs. TCS is involved with the capabilities of both test management and testing. TCS have been an important key player in implementing our quality improvement initiative, the quality improvement initiative. Have been certain Environment management, test data management, enterprise automation, automated dashboards and also performance testing. TCS is also bringing in solution and platforms like Mastercraft. CX Assurance and Smart Query platforms which is a big help for CDC in our quality journey. TCS leadership have been very proactive and supporting in our quality journey and deliverance. It's easiest brings in Quality Assurance platform through machine first delivery model. And that helps CDC a lot in the direction of achieving our objectives on quality improvement, but also on our future journey into new initiative on quality improvements.
