Open reaches the team that runs the UK digital infrastructure. We're a thirty plus thousand strong team that you'll see our vans all around the country and we're the people who connect everyone to everything. You know, we connect businesses, we connect data centers, we connect hospitals, we connect governments, we connect libraries, schools, phone masts. We connect residents in their homes to the network. Ultimately we can connect them to the world on that network. We've already provisioned 1,000,000 customers, so a million people are taking service from us. We want to double that by December 2022. So it's not just a build. Challenge is also a provisioning challenge at the same time and we've got some fantastic direct labour capability in our teams. But we know to be successful we've gotta augment that with world class partnerships and TCS is just one example of one of those world class partnerships. We've had a long standing relationship with Open Reach over 13 years. Over this period we've been helping them move over from copper and rolling out full fiber. Open Reach has a huge challenge to connect 25,000,000 homes by 2026 and we have been very much part of that journey helping them accelerate that. I'll overtime and over the years they've demonstrated fantastic capability and data in automation in process mining and it really helped us transform some of our processes to deliver incrementally better customer service and better outcomes for our people. So really the partnership and continuance of the partnership with them has been a bit of a no brainer and you know we know that they're going to continue to add real value for us as we as we keep going in that partnership over the future. The need for speed in the UK has grown exponentially over the last few years and actually no more so than over the last two years during the COVID-19 pandemic. Huge swathes of the UK population, actually the global population, has to decamp from offices and go to work from home. And we all did it right. Kitchen tables, dining tables, bedrooms, we all found different spaces to work in than what we were used to. So there are need for reliability and the need for speed is absolutely sustaining and that's really had to change the way that our organization functions. We've had to change our desk operations and we've had to pivot our 30,000 field force operation from copper based skills to fibre based skills. So it's a big old undertaking. Working with the TCS team is a great example. They had to demobilize all of their global population from offices to working from home. So the agility and the flexibility of the organisation have shown has been fantastic. TCS that helped Open Reach transform its processes? Through our automation, artificial intelligence and using our technology capabilities, we have helped them in a big way, driving their agenda that Ofcom's given them to deliver a program on time to the quality that's required. We are really excited to be part of this journey. We are. Constantly working with them across, across all their processes, across their systems to help them deliver these. We believe that we can bring a lot of our knowledge and experience that we have and the using automation, artificial intelligence and process automation, process transformation, that's what really we believe is going to be help us deliver and it's going to be, it's an amazing journey. As we said before the connectivity is core to success of any country and to the society and this is where we believe we can have a big role to play together. Having partners like TCS is critical for us.you know they bring the global expertise, they bring scale, they bring innovation and they bring data expertise that are absolutely critical to enable us to be successful in all the things we've got to do over the next few years. But I'm really confident that together we are going to be successful and we are going to change the face of the UK.
