I am someone that likes to take different routes or less beaten paths to do things. My name is Leonardo Huazhu. I have been working with TCS for more than six years now on in the industry of banking and insurance mostly. Currently. Currently I am on sales and innovation. I have a degree in social communications. And I specifically I have been researching on cultural anthropology and also popular cultures, but I have been coding since I am. I was 10 years old, my first computer was at GK in 95 and I have been working with software. To me, actually, software is the language of our age. It's not something technical, it's a way to communicate. I was working for a research and development project that was going on in the region, but in very few months I moved to business development and I helped to establish our presence in the insurance industry 1st and then later it expanded to the whole banking and insurance segment. So I was. Doing well, I was achieving growth and great results and was very, very happy with my customers and my teams. But myself, I needed something. I need some change, I need some new challenges and coming to Europe, specifically to Italy, to gain knowledge and experience this transformation in my workplace and learn new things, starting with new language that I needed to. Learn quickly before coming here and that I'm experiencing every day and improving every day. Delete program was actually amazing. It was much beyond my expectation. So the agility and responsiveness from the lead team was really amazing. I dropped them off to them in one day and the next day they come back. They started to schedule interviews, finding opportunities. We worked together. To find an opportunity that was at the same time challenging, but I was confident enough to take him and make the change confidently in the sense that I would be moving to a new country with speaking a new language, but still I would be working in the same industry than before so I could excel in it more quickly. Personally, I don't believe in a linear journey where everything is planned from the beginning. I believe everyone needs to be prepared for the next opportunity and should take it. What I do aspire today is to be part of this wave of transformation that TCS is doing that is aiming to go beyond technology aiming to contribute. Should the business of our customers and being part of a larger and more engaged relationship more strategically? Today we live in a world that is changing very quickly. The pace of change, I believe is nothing we heard about before. I believe that to be successful today, we need to be able to keep learning and learning new things, learning new ways of doing things. That's one thing. And one way to keep open is to actually. Be open to contribute and to cooperate with others and with people that think very differently from us, with people that are not from the same background, with people that are coming to our lives to change it. What I find more interesting about working. For TCS is that we are not only having a huge opportunity to engage on projects that have impact on the revenue and the business itself, but also the way we can interact and improve the life in the society around us. How we can build things without forgetting that we have a responsibility with others, not only the customers. But also the society and other people around us.
