My name is Sachin Nayar. I'm part of the Google Business unit and hit the sales for Asia Pacific region. And these are settling the Google Business unit, which I'm part of today. You know, that's a newly formed theme and an exciting role because it's almost like a startup. It's a new set of a team members, quite passionate, being supportive. At the every angle. So what really keeps me excited about this role is that we are setting this up across the Asia Pacific, meeting up with the new clients, meeting up with the new account managers, the client partners and getting to understand the requirements of their clients. And that passion which I see from my customer, the passion which drives our team and the passion which really is required to bring a transformation or a digital transformation to our customer is something what keeps us excited. In terms of my personal aspirations, I think I focus too much on doing the things right way, trying to bring an improvisation and innovation to what I'm doing. So when we talk of the transformation, I think essentially we keep the end customer in mind. We keep society in mind, you know as an end customer ourselves, what is that we would want to achieve when we go to the market as far as the stakeholders are concerned. It's a security. See when we talk about the digital transformation, one of the core requirement of digital transformation is we need to make the core of the companies ecosystem, the digital ecosystem very strong and how is that we can make that course strongest to bring the various stakeholders on the same page, you know from an IT, from a business, from an infrastructure standpoint. So that's our role to bring these stakeholders together to strong. And strengthen the core of the IT ecosystem and then you know, layout a road map for our customer to get transformed and digitally involved in their systems. As a leader, I had a few choices to explore through the roles and as soon as know I came across this dream role of mine to become a part of Google Business unit. I reached out to the lead team through the portal and I think ever since then it was the dream walk for me. Everything was so smooth and seamless and not only understood my candidature, he also understood my aspirations, what I wanted to do in my career. Five years, 10 years down the line. Kudos to lead. Who kind of mapped my aspirations to my dream role and got me in the opportunity here. Being in TCS, you know I'm a proud TCS and now and I can vouch for it, I I've seen the other MNCS in my 23 years of experience. And I've been part of the TCS for the last five and half years now. One thing which I can vouch for is that TCS in itself is the IT world on this earth. If you are wanting to evolve both digitally in your competence in the IT world, you want to learn your things, you want to solve new things. TCS is the place where you should be staying and looking for the long stint in your career.
