I'm Shadows Bermani. I had cybersecurity business unit for TCS. As you know, cybersecurity has been occupying the front pages for some time now. When it comes to enterprise sustainability's ability to service customers complying with regulations, data privacy, as well as dealing with the myriad threats that are always lurking, customers look to us to help them traverse the complex. Ecosystem that surrounds protecting an enterprise, their users, their customers, their data, their network as well as. Producing that evidence and assuring the board that all is well with the enterprise professionally. What keeps me going is that every day is new. There is no telling what is in your mailbox. Everyday morning technologies change. Everyday cyber threats evolve every day. Enterprise priorities evolve every day. It does not matter what immune what would have been doing past, so say 20 years. As long as you're willing to learn, evolve and innovate as you go forward. I started my career in TCS. In college itself, I was picked as a part of our campus campaign and maybe as soon as I graduated I joined TCS as a training. So it has been a very, very eventful but highly satisfying 24 years. From being a developer, went on to go up the ladder, have customer facing roles. So I have been program head resales, Head delivery operations and then I always had a interest in technology hence when the opportunity came to set up or evolve new business unit called Business Process Management. I put up my hands for it and that was a, I would say, a career changing move. Because it helped me get a view into how to set up and run a practice. From there on, obviously I went on the head Intelligence process, intelligent Process automation unit. And once I was in that role for some time and opportunity opened up through TCS's lead program for the Head of Cyber Security role and I was picked. Star Wars or something. I really got hooked and. I think there are a few characters in Star Wars who are really like life defining friend, philosopher type of. Characters. So Yoda is 1. Yoda is a figure which is like watching you benevolently, but course correcting when they see the need as well as. I would say discretely guiding your career. So those are the figures I believe I've been very lucky to have in TCS in my life and in my career, right? Obviously in my life my dad has been my father figure, for sure, in all respects. Friend, philosopher, guide, right? But in my career I've been, I would say, very fortunate to have such leaders around me. In my couple of decades of career in TCS. I have never felt that whatever we do every day in my professional life, being a woman matter. But that is just me and it is very clear that women do need a leg up. Are they? No do need support. They do need the ability and the help to navigate. A well entrenched, what we call an old boys club. We don't need an old ladies club, old Girls Club. I think all Girls Club sounds better to counter that is centuries old. This is a few decades old. So you know the time gap that we got to catch up, the Golf Club, the evening bar conversation has to be countered with something else. That is why we have women in tech, women in cyber. Permanent data granted ecosystem to foster that kind of a networking opportunity for women who need a different setting for the same who need a knowledge based setting who need a. Who need a different way to express their ability. I think for anyone and for a business leader, being self aware is most important. self-awareness extends to being aware of the pluses and minuses of your ecosystem as well, so this includes leading by example. Giving credit to others, surrounding yourselves with people better than yourself, obviously listening skills. Conflict resolution, consensus management, a lot of these things come, you know, when one starts with knowing oneself very well, what I'm good at, what I'm not good at, where I need help, where I should ask for help. So this kind of an approach naturally helps you take your team along as well as you're going along, and everybody gives their best.
