My name is Natalia Krush. I'm from Ukraine.

I'm from a beautiful and culturally rich city called Mysuru from India.

I'm from Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

I'm from a state called Assam, which is the tea capital of India.

Now in Warsaw for the last three years, which coincidentally happened to be a beautiful and culturally rich city as well.

I've been working in TCS for two years already.

I've been with TCS since 2013, so it's my 12th year.

Nine years since I joined TCS.

I'm working as functional customer.

I'm managing around 20 people and I'm also working in Salesforce domain.

I am a technical analyst.

I work on mostly the Pega applications. 

Dispatcher. It means that I got job and I share job.

The culture of TCS is something I really respect.

There's a lot of mutual respect between people, very nice and the people in the culture of the company because when you come to work, you can see the smile they share as a culture.

It's very interesting because I like it.

That is why I work in an international environment, diversity, but also it's a unity among all the employees, right?

So I think it's a good culture that follows in the TCS office.

I think TCS gives you a balance of two different worlds where you get to work and also upskill yourself.

As of now, current situation that I like about my job is that I can mentor new people that have joined in the corporate world.

I can share my experiences that I have learned.

I like the collaboration.

Every people do the job professionally.

You can join.

You will see new technologies, new opportunities, new challenges.

If I had to give one message to somebody who wants to start something in TCS, I would say it's a stable yet a rewarding experience where you are learning as well as growing at the same time.

I know for everyone there is something in TCS, it's on you that what you want to do.

So if you want to go into technical side and you want to go in the technical side, TCS provides you opportunities in that area.

If you want to move to the managerial side, TCS provides you opportunity in that area as well.

If someone want to join TCS, I can say you're welcome because there is the place for everyone.

Take the opportunity and join us because it is a great place.

TCS is helping me to do different courses and do certifications as well.

So that's a good opportunity that TCS provides to its employees.

It gives more opportunities that every people can join or work and to put a value to the company.

On my point of view that I'm seeing TCS as a company.

Overall, it's it's been a wonderful experience working here and also a lot, I feel a lot of gratitude to all my mentors and the team I've built along and looking forward to the to the future.
