I'm Thomas De Rycke. I'm currently leading the Agile Center of Excellence, which is a group of agile coaches guiding the transformation journey that proximus is going through. So Proximus is the incumbent telecom operator of Belgium and our ambition is very clear. We want to become the reference operator in Europe.Proximus in itself has very strong culture of collaboration. We have very high ambitions as an enterprise, but what we did see. Back in 2018 that this wasn't sufficient to have. Empowered teams that emerged by themselves. It wasn't sufficient. So basically what we did at that point was to create a program where we really wanted to build up this network of empowered teams in different parts of the organization. You can see it as an agile transformation, but not limited to your IT environment. You need expertise. You need people with experience who can guide your leadership, who can guide your teams too what does it mean? What does it mean in practice? Then I start looking for a partner. A partner who has. This global knowledge who has done this, not necessarily looking for a partner who can sell this transformation. We really wanted to do it. And that's how I ended up with TCS in 2018. Over the last couple of years, we've seen different parts of the organization being in delivery that we had a tremendous increase up to 60% on quality, but also on the ability to deal with change, 70% more effectiveness we are starting to see. A change in mindset with people, with people, but also with our leaders, and that's fantastic to see. We're just getting started and we already see the entrepreneurial mindset of people arising and this fits perfectly into the behaviors that we want to see in our think possible culture. So what are the three main reasons that TCS is helping Proximus in this agile transformation? First and foremost important is clearly being able to bring in these industry expertise when it comes to enterprise agility. Second, the the flexibility in sourcing ,Third the ability to adapt towards the needs of Proximus in this agile transformation journey partnership between Proximus and TCS. It goes a long way. It goes 20 years, right? It didn't start with this initiative. This is a bit of a special relationship, this agile transformation, but I've been very clear from the start as well. Our ambition is to be able to internalize this agile coaching capability. The funny thing is it's almost like a vacation love you know, that's going to end and the coaches of TCS, they are well aware and. It's fantastic to see how they are mentoring our internal workforce. People that decided to take up the role as agile coach, they bringing the experience, they are mentoring our coaches. But in the end, like every summer love, it will come to an end. That's at least, that's at least the ambition.
