So Proximus is the incumbent telecommunication operator in Belgium and our ambition is to become the reference operator within Europe. Our mission, our vision, is to really be a company  for all citizens and all businesses into the digital transformation. We have 4 main pillars in our strategy. The first one is to build the best Gigabit network within Belgium with fiber and five G .Second one is to become a determinative organization. We need to transform our all operations or IT system to be as agile, as fast as pure player in the digital environment. Third one is to create growth by 2023 and the last one which is really important is to make sure that grows. That development is also environmental friendlies. Proximus partnered with TCS in 2000. Proximus is a small operator in Europe. It means that if we want to achieve our plans, we need good partners and TCS has its global presence could bring expertise from the outside in .And at the other side they know as well perfectly what partnership is about. Partnership is about being there, sticking together in the good and the bad times. We believe telecom is one of the most important pillars of rapidly growing digital economy today, telecom companies.enable other sectors to do many new things and create new economic value. The sectors rapid technological development stimulates disruption, creates new ways of working, reduces carbon emission and provides us with new opportunities for a purpose LED sustainable world .To be a catalyst in digital transformation, Proximus needed to change as well. It's really essential to start from the customer perspective. It's really be clear on the business ambition and what you try to create as an experience for users. And then if you look at it from an IT point of view, I think it's first of all getting the architecture right really up to the core. Secondly, no effective digital implementation without data. And last but not least, it try to do it in an agile way which means delivering benefits quickly while building a long term solution. So if you look at our landscape, I think it's really the result of different pieces that we brought together from different business operations, if you think about mobile, fixed Internet, TV services that we brought together each with their own complexity. Along with Proximus, we have simplified their IT landscape. This helped them become more flexible and scalable to run their business. This also helped improve and accelerate their sales order processes, the order intake, the communication with clients and it also helped in product design. We have implemented new processes, tools and technology to accelerate their time to market by improving operating stability performance, increasing collaboration amongst various departments at Proximus. So one of the big projects we're doing with TCS is, for example, in the network domain, we're building the best Gigabit networks in Belgium and that we do with 5G and fiber. But on top of fiber and 5G, we want to bring a new set of experiences. We are very excited that we are finishing 20 years at Proximus. Proximus has been a great customer for TCS and we have done some very cool things together. As I look into the future, the excitement is about building new capabilities for Proximus as they make a big mark in a country like Belgium. We are in the middle of that transformation transforming proximates from a connectivity centric and product centric organization towards software and data centric organization. So we really want to extend beyond the pure connectivity services towards finance, health, education and content, entertainment and media. So that's really what we want to become as a company, the digital partner or the daily life of our customers and with this Proximus is set to deliver on its purpose, enabling to live better and work smarter.
